If you need to communicate with a provider at times other than your regularly scheduled appointment, just give us a call. All providers are expected to return client calls within 2 business days.
Our administrative staff who run the front desk can work with you to make appointments or direct you to other agency staff to address most of your needs. Administrative staff are available to accept phone calls during normal business hours. If an administrative staff member is not available to accept your phone call, you may leave a voice mail. All voice mails are checked daily.
If you are unable to reach agency staff and feel that you can’t wait for a return phone call, contact your family physician, nearest emergency room, or call Netcare at (614) 276-CARE.
